Yoff is the third spot where a service centre of Viafrica will be established. The objective is the centre end 2007 have realised, end 2008 must function it durably and independently. The services which this centre will offer to be more or less the same as the centre in Moshi; implementations, training, support and seminars. The centre will support the programme within the CLASSworks Project
