The Irvine Main Street Medical Project is an effort to rehabilitate the upstairs of an historic building in downtown Irvine, Kentucky for use as a children's clinic for the people of the community. The building is owned by Estill Development Alliance, and the downstairs is currently leased to a family practitioner. The Estill Children's Clinic is currently housed at two different locations which are several miles from each other. Consolodating the practice will open up their two current spaces (one of which is located in the local hospital) for new specialists to move into Estill County. The project will cost 0,000 USD, and not only will the Main Street Medical Project improve the healthcare situation in our community, it will creat new jobs and bring more people into our historic downtown.
