Microfinance - effective and sustainable income generating activities executed with limited initial investment, ensuring economic improvement for women with low income and socially disadvantaged status.

The womens development project is run by a local Indian woman who was employed by the NGO. She provides training and trainers, talks to local government and encourages the women to change their situation.
