I work for this charity
The mission of the American Foundation for Children with AIDS is to improve the lives of children and youth struggling with the impact of the HIV/AIDS pandemic. We provide cost effective relief, services, medical and social support, education and advocacy to help these victims achieve their full life potential.
We are a small non for profit with 501(c)(3) status and are governed by a volunteer board of directors. Our goal is simple: save the next generation of children suffering from the AIDS pandemic.

Project: Be a Hero
What could be more powerful than saving a life with pocket change?  AFCA has cut right to the core with an efficient and effective project to keep 1000 kids in Kenya and Uganda alive every day.  Life-saving medication does not appear out of thin air.  $1 a day is nothing to me and means another day of life to a child with AIDS.  Congratulations AFCA!
