New Design AId Web 2.0 website
As a starting point for the Design Aid re-launch we looked at the website as it was felt that generating content for the website would not only promote the project but would also help us find structure and new objectives for the organisation.
As part of our efforts to support the charity sector we decided to build one of our popular Web 2.0 sites for Design Aid with a huge community building capacity. This allows volunteers, workers and supporters of the charity sector to register on the site and publish links, events and information or press releases about their own projects. There are also forums to facilitate networking and a place to find or give advice and pass on essential knowledge.
